Counterparty Review Solutions – We assess counterparty operational performance to include management, current strategic initiatives, industry best practices, platform scalability, enterprise risk management, credit risk management, loan performance, outstanding litigation, IT systems, regulatory compliance, and vendor management. We review counterparties across various asset classes for warehouse lenders, asset managers, investors, and aggregators.
Mergers and Acquisitions – We provide buy-side advisory services to evaluate originators or servicers targeted for acquisition as well as business integration planning.
